We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel, the rooms were comfortable and the outside pool was lovely. We also appreciated the decent wifi connection.

Spent Christmas at a hotel and had a great time. The rooms were really comfortable and had everything we needed. The location was perfect, close to everything in the city center. The highlight was definitely the lovely outside pool where we lounged and enjoyed the sun. It was perfect for cooling off after a day of sightseeing.

The front desk staff could have been friendlier. They didn't greet us with a smile or offer any assistance with our luggage which was rather disappointing. The agent just took us to our room without even offering to help with our bags. A little hospitality could go a long way in making guests feel welcome.

The rooms were very comfortable with ample space to move around. The outside pool was a great spot to relax and catch some sun. The hotel's wifi was decent which was perfect to stay connected during our vacation. the hotel's location was ideal, easy access to key landmarks and attractions.

Sadly, the front desk staff could be a little friendlier. They did not greet us with a warm welcome nor offer to help us with our luggage.

Front desk staff could have been more helpful and less standoffish, failing to provide basic luggage assistance as I dragged my bags up to the room alone.
